It was no mean feat to navigate our way to Paris recently to view the pre-collections for AW13 when the whole of Europe was a blanket of snow. Baring in mind if we don’t make it there will be a severe lack of stock for Please Don’t Tell come June/July13. It was crucial that even though we had to change our flight no less than four times, including stripping at security four times, we made it via Gatwick and then the Eurostar. Completely shattered would be an understatement but we had made it. It is only fair, we think, that we should give you a taste of what we saw…New brands include 3.1 Phillip Lim, T by Alexander Wang and Theory. We have some amazing jewellery from H&H and Lei Vaukash, as well as our pint sized New Yorker, Eddie Borgo, who always excites us with his designs.

What we will be wearing six months from now is an eclectic mix of leather and leopard, knitwear features heavily but updated in cool modern fabrics retaining the sport lux feel. Cord and cashmere, suede and lace all can be found with influence from the seventies.

We finished our trip on a fun note…. for those of you with a nail obsession we loved these hand made metal nails adorned with door knockers and spider trinkets. What next? Well it’s Paris fashion Week in March so who knows what we will find. ┬áStay posted.
